The VI. Autumn Seminar on Geodesy for PhD Students was held at GGRI HAS in Sopron, 24 October 2011. The seminar was organized because it is thought that PhD students in field of geodesy need a forum to present their latest results of their ongoing research.  The conference attracted participants from Vienna University of Technology, Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, University of Zagreb and GGRI HAS.
